Normal gaa, I would have supported Judiciary but Justice Kapadia maatram koncham teda gaade antaaru - He is never willing meet anybody, let it be a Supreme Cpurt Judge or Chief Justice of a state. And mental odi appointments aithe way too controversial - example ki mana state ki orissa ki oka water dispute undhi, not sure vamsadhara anukunta, a tribunal lo mana state judge Justice Gulam Mohammed ani vesaadu anta - orisaa vallu mental gaani ekkindha ficcha nayal ki ani gola Justice KGB worst anukunnam as CJI, but this guys turned out to be another idiot. on the other hand, there were bad and good judges, there are good and bad judges now and there will be good and bad judges in the future - Judiciary is a part of the system and it will be continuous. Edise janalu edustaane unnaru, past 50 years gaa, how can you give a target to a Judge? how can you say that a judgement will only take so much time? every case has two sides - thittali anukunte best of the best judgements ni kooda thittochu, its all about perceptions and our convenience. |

Reader's comment Judges are not accountable to anyone. I am talking of High Courts and Supreme Court. They are amar bakras no one can touch and halal. These guys work 190 days a year only. Enjoying huge perks they cost 15 lac per judge in a year. They keep working for 65 years and after that as chairmen of fraudulent commissions with no goals set for them. Out of turn plots, quotas and so many perks. How high courts promote crimes and corruption? They admit every appeal of convict or lower court judgment, give bail and then sit on files for decades. So criminals go out do more crimes. That is how all these politicians are enjoying life. India is only country where every convict goes to president for mercy. It is absurd and ridiculous law. President of India who has no executive work is so busy he can’t dispose mercy file in 3 months period. The vigilance or administrative judge visits court with fanfare and prior notice. So everything is rosy. Has any high court judge visited anonymously compounds of district courts? The lawyer openly loot and harass their clients. They take hundreds of rupees every time on every date in name of karacha? What kharcha? The lawyers-babu nexus in every district court in Indian cities mint daily |

rightly said. Usually i have never seen such a controversial CJI of apex court in recent times. Hosting dinner for Kapadia by MMS is a shameless act of appreciating the cover ups |
