There is no limit on the construction in Maheswaram and Mansanpally. The limit is on the flight path - from ORR before the Bangalore Highway - upto ORR on the Southern side of the Airport (parallel to Bangalore Highway- Srisailam highway Link road) and the ORR cutting the Srisailam Highway to the East.(near tukkuguda) Maheswaram mandal is 5-6 KMs South of the ORR. There is a big residential project (Villas plys apts) coming up in Mansanpally - But do not expect a boom like the one we saw in 2005-2008. |

No idea. but Shamshabad area and surroundings matuku ippudu dull gaa vundhi. but int 10-15 years baane vuntundhi due to opulation growth etc. Dont expect for short term Ippudu pedithe 10-15 years lo maanchi appreciation vuntundhii (if land is protected well and good paperwork etc) No Signature |
