baylor cannot pump as much money as TX or OK into their program ever even then a recruit will go and play of a better coach (obviously TX and OK will have better coach) who can get him to NFL

no...even if baylor coach moves to texas..baylor need not start from scratch...because of baylor wins last 2 seasons, they will pump more money into the program from various sources...better stadium and better gyms and facilities...better facilities are the most important when you are selling yourself to recruits...so foundation established and the new can build from there...not need to start fro scratch...
