Pawan Kalyan is one guy who always had soft corner and appreciation for telangana. This affection has made him induce many songs, characters, dialogues related to telangana in his movies till date. Guys, there are many sensible people in T,but they might also speak like KCR and his supporters, KCR started a cycle of verbal violence and he was very effective. Simple Example Telangana Candidate A : Andhrollu Dongalu, Stole our jobs Andhra Candidate A : We didnt steal, you dont have education Sensible Educated Neutral Telangana Candidate B : Ego hurted, feels bad that Telangana candidate attacked by Andhra without knowing what Telangana candidate A said and goes on to say "How dare you say we r not educated. You guys are castiest,we are humanist. You stole our lands, look at emaar. I didnt have sentiment earlier, I now have sentiment." Andhra Candidate B : Enraged, goes on blah blah blah Endless cycle of verbal barbs goes on. People forget how things started or who first said what. Each a candidate remembers only the last barb thrown by t candidate and vice versa. KCR used violent manipulative rhetoric on the poor/uneducated/unemployed masses on telangana and effectively started the fire , now the fire has become too big to control. You only need a violent 1% to polarize the people. | ||

In coastal areas no one is bothered about T - the only point of contention is the capital - every politician, every upper middle class family and even middle class family has a stake in hyd - either some one from their side is working in Hyd - or they have invested in Hyd. And nothing wrong - since Hyd is the capital of the state. I know poor people who have sold thier meagre property in North Coastal dists and settled in hyd - setting up a Tea shop in Madhapur - a tiffen center in Kukatpally - Software pros who sold thier ancestral houses in thier native areas and bought flats in Hyderabad.... Make Hyd the common capital - and these very MOFOS will agree to a separate state. | ||
