Since u ve said she is interested to pursue her PhD also, it is better she apply for Integrated PhD or PhD alone directly rather than going for Masters.. wowww all top univs...mee cousin academically top anukunta.. Texas Austin and A@M are excellent for mech..not sure for civil..but almost zero funding naa timelo.. ippudu ela undo teliyadu.. rest all are super univs ani telusu..but funding/expenses idea ledu..
