Ehes. marinating is veasy

Either u marinate on a plate or a zip lock bag. Bag is better as it coats uniformly and better

1-2 tsp olive oil + marinade of your choice mix well

Ippudu gola antha what spice you use annadi

Desi style - use garam masala or tandoori siken with yoghurt. These days Aachi brand masalas are very good too. Add cut ginger and garlic to marinade. Lemon is a good addition with 1/2 cup of curd

Western style - Use standard marinade for chicken, variations antey teriyaki, lemon pepper, fajita etc seyyi. Peddaga paste rakunna look maatram baguntadi

Google seyyi marinades kosam. Siken ki taste marinade nundi vastadi. Lamb ki beef ki taste meat nundi vastadi.

So you need flavorful marinade for siken. Store kelli various marinating items tessuko. Pre mix powders are also good

Cajun, masala, tandoori, herbs edi ainaa okay. Olive oil base gaa seskoni marinate seyyi. Garlic and ginger are optional but hit desi taste buds. Koncham perugu can go with many of these to keep meat moist

chicken breast charcoal grill meeda cheshtey, chala hard ga avuthondi..how to make it soft/tender..??




It depends on lot of things things bro.

1. Marinade. Make sure the marinade does not go dry and is supplemented well with olive oil or others. As suggested using little curd helps.

2. Salt content should be low. Salt is one reason why meat goes dry. Use as little as possible.

3. Temperature of the grill. Any meat goes hard if it gets over cooked. Optimim temperature could be 450 F and about 8 min grilling time. Google for more info.

4. Cover the lid while grilling for most part. Open grilling leads to drier meat.

5. Wash chicken in cold running water prior to marinating. Blot out extra mositure on tissue paper before applying the marindae

In Detroit there is a place called hamtramck where they sell live country chicken.I get chicken from there and love it.

Just standard style. There are lot of variations and I am showing the basic one

1. Kodi vepudu chala shraddha gaa seyyali. Guddi yeddu chelo mesinattu kakunda. manchi preparation undali. kiki. Get all the saranjaama ready

Two medium size onion chooped, ginger garlic cubes (I use frozen from Ashoka), cinnamon stick, whole garam masala - cumin, cloves, cardamom, karvepak, green chili cut and coconut.

Get free range siken, I got mine from whole foods. I prefer with skin. Skinless is equally good. Vere siken lo taste undadu - so lazy ainaa get this stuff.

2. Skillet best for frying. Medium heat skillet and add appropriate oil.

3. Add in cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and green chilies, karvepak. Saute well and add onion and ginger,garlic paste

4. Add turmeric coconut and saute well. All ingredients should cook well

5. Now add 1 tomato (optional) and red chilli, salt, coriander and begin cooking the gravy

6. Add the chicken and mix well

7. Cook on medium heat till water oozes out. Cook for 20 min on medium heat. Add pinch of garam masala (optional) and sqeeze 1/2 lemon

8. Now increase the heat to high and add cut kothmeer and 3 cloves of freshly chopped garlic. Stir fry on high heat for 5 min till the oil oozes out splutters and garlic aroma is perfect for dish. (garlic loses aroma if cooked less or more, Anduke ikkada timing important)
