Yes\No. If your employer can show progressive promotion..that can be counted as your experiance towards your GC. For Eg you are hired as Programmer on 01/01/2009 and promoted to Senior Programmer on 01/01/2012..experiance from initial hire to promotion date can be counted as experiance if..read carefully..IF your labour is filed aftter 01/01/2012. Yes. Different title ayithe you can apply for it. This is what my company did for me. Senior position ki apply chesaaru. By the time I was eligible for I-140, I was promoted to that position. | ||
