Media and TV channels lo content (shows, ads) etc commercial ayyinappudu, culture globalization lo yenduku raadu. Definite ga vastundi. Good ammevaallu street corner lo Burkha veskuni nunchini ammatledugaaa. They are influencing the buying through TV shows, product placements, advertisements what not. And any product they try to convince people is rooted in culture. So saying globalization is not cultural phenomena and a pure business phenomena of give-and-take of goods and money is bogus. | ||

not considered . end of the day culture dont feed us brother. consummerism definitely improve living standards. i agree culture is important. but we should find other ways to protect culture. not by curbing consumerism and not by alienating ourselves from world and staying behind | ||
