adi mee hands lone vuntundi how do you take the breath in and breath out? breathing problem kuda oka reason heart rate maintain chesukolekapote. its better to stop and start again when ur maxing out if ur using treadmill,oka vela meeru bayata running ki velte when u max out its better if u walk for some time before u continue the running,again. if ur new to running etc it will take time to settledown the heart rate. When did you start running? if it is just few week then go easy...try to do it on alternate days. You will slowly build lower body strength and endurance. Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

Mental_sachinodu:there is a little down side to running, if your legs are not in good shape then running actually deteriorates the muscles, if not done right. elliptical lo joint or muscle probs thakkuva. other than that i prefer running to elliptical any day.
I agree. My current workout routine is 1 hour cardio (treadmill/elliptical) alternatively on weekdays. I don't run on consecutive days and have an elliptical session in between. Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

how are you measuring your heart rate? If you are using eleptical bars to measure, then it is not accurate. Buy a heart rate monitor. If you build your endurance..your heart rate will lower. So take it easy for first couple of weeks. Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. |
