there may be n number of reasons.. naaku kuda knee, ankle, shin pains vasthu vuntayi. It may be because of your shoe, running style or your running inexperiance. First and foremost get a fitted shoe and then take it slowly. Try to land on your fore or muid foot rather than heel strike.

First try to monitor your alternative Heart monitor device ( I am sure you wont be seeing the reading now you are seeing) and if it is no different ..run nooo. wait take ambulance to emergency.

its better to stop and start again when ur maxing out if ur using treadmill,oka vela meeru bayata running ki velte when u max out its better if u walk for some time before u continue the running,again.

Last time i signed up for gym, i hardly went there (5-6 times in 1 year)... one year wait chesi final gaa quit chesaa.

gym sangathi emo.. kevalam brisk walking and proper diet tho i lost around 5.5 kgs in a month.. 45 mins a day baaga brisk walk... rice only one time a day.. breakfast cornflakes/oats..lunch rice..nite fruits.. lost 2 inches of waist..

I agree. My current workout routine is 1 hour cardio (treadmill/elliptical) alternatively on weekdays. I don't run on consecutive days and have an elliptical session in between.

reduce the intensity. it will get better as time progresses. the heart rate really depends on how well oxygen is being carried by your blood. your body adapts to this, and as oxygen carrying capability gets better, the heart rates goes down. so slow ga intensity penchandi, try to be in range as much as possible. frequent hikes vook, but not very good when the range sustains.

how are you measuring your heart rate? If you are using eleptical bars to measure, then it is not accurate. Buy a heart rate monitor. If you build your endurance..your heart rate will lower. So take it easy for first couple of weeks.
