ru using any antivirus? did u installed any softwares recently or added any hardware devices? first of all run system file checker. u can do this by opening cmd prompt and typing sfc /scannow faulty hardware unna ala avutundi. check ur ram and other peripheral devices http://www.combofix.org/download.php download this and boot the computer in safe mode follow the instructions dont touch the computer while combofix is performing the operations because it will hang ur pc. after completion download this http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid= 2009-011316-0247-99 download w32downadup boot in safe mode again follow the instructions it will remove the malware from ur computer. afterwards post ur log file from both combofix and fixdownadup here.
