according to some Trade Pandits.... short term correction on the way.... The S&P 500 is testing resistance after breaking support at 1450. Bearish divergence on 21-day Twiggs Money Flow indicates selling pressure. option pick: Bank of America's (ticker: BAC) shares still just above $9, J.P. Morgan Securities' derivatives strategists have jumped on the BofA bandwagon. They are telling clients to buy January $10 calls on BofA that expire in 2013. With Bank of America's stock recently trading at $9.06, the January $10 calls that expire in 2013 cost 33 cents. If Bank of America's stock trades above $10.33, investors make money on the trade. If the stock declines, and never rises above $10.33, investors will lose money. The calls are inexpensive.
