1. as per today's situation - she will have valid h4 till Mid 2015 (but think abt the grey area of having h4 associated with non-working h1) 2. if company B cancels ur h1 - she has no valid h4 - effective same day when company B cancels ur h1 3. apply again via company C OR see other options - attorney | ||

also company C H4 approval (came on aug 31st) ki I-797A undi with I-94 company B H4 approval (came on sep 7th) ki I-797A/I-94 levu, just I-797C undi with a note that says "status valid till principal alien's authorized period of stay" ani | ||

babais... Given: Wife has a valid H4 visa stamping with company A till end of 2014. - My H1 XFer from company A to company B was approved in May 2012. But my wife did not receive H4 Approval along with my H1 Approval. There was just no update from USCIS and company B's lawyer was following up. - I moved from Company B to Company C in Sep 2012. My H1 XFer and my wife's H4 were approved on Sep 15th. all yappies - Ninna USCIS ninchi wife's initial H4 approval ochindi..ante company A ninchi company B move ainadi...and this approval was done after Sep 15th so ippudu thana H4 company B tho unnatta? |
