4 miles around 30mins,malli returning ki another 4 miles around 30mins. its all about fitness,stamina(this can only be build by running,swimming,kick boxing etc),psychological,strength(gym),build the muscle endurance. Focus on breathing. kick boxing will help the stamina to great extent and also it needs good reflexes,fast hands and quick feet. swimming will help with breathing. without proper fitness long distance run cheyyalante kashtam,so proper fitness build chesukunna taruvata long distance run cheyyochu. running start chesa mundu stretching chesta,it is good,also endurance depends on the aerobic capacity. Most importantly enjoy urself while running. Finally the never give up attitude is important! Great achievement is usually born of great sacrifice,and is never the result of selfishness. The more we find,the more we lose.The more we know,the more we hurt.The more we care,the more we are sad. If you want a boy to love you for a lifetime, love his heart, not his money.If you want a girl to love you for a lifetime, love her soul, not her body. |

idi too good speed bedar.. my PR is 25.30.. thats how far i was able to get.. probably reducing your speed can help you i guess.. Mental_sachinodu:i switched completely to biking, biking valla shins ki help avuthadhi ante, im very skeptical. today i love biking more than running, longest ride on my bike is 47 miles.
I do mountain biking in trails.. some where around 24-25 miles. i actaully started biking to strengthen knees as i had recurring IT band injuries.. touchwood, now i am good with IT band.. now metatarsalgia.. deeni meeda research chesi.. exercises chesi strong chesukovali.. lekapotey biking is the only option. Goonda:u r getting it wrong.. treadmill meeda pace.. not speed.. if you are running at 6.5 on treadmill then its 10 min/mile pace.. so 8 antey roughly 9 min/mile.. but running outside is different than running on treadmill..coz treadmill pushes you.. outside no one pushes you..you have to run on your own.

if i have a race.. i eat a banana an hour before.. otherwise i don't eat anything.. but i keep taking gatorade 30-40 mil after first 6 miles and then same amount every 3-4 miles. u r getting it wrong.. treadmill meeda pace.. not speed.. if you are running at 6.5 on treadmill then its 10 min/mile pace.. so 8 antey roughly 9 min/mile.. but running outside is different than running on treadmill..coz treadmill pushes you.. outside no one pushes you..you have to run on your own. speed penchinappudu we tend to use our toes more for the leap and results in stress and we endup injured.. mid-foot strike baa practice cheyyali and probably need to be in-soles for cushioning. very good speed, you probably can do 10k in 52-54 minutes.. cheppa kada.. its fatigue.. its psychological ani.. its just you have to prepare your mind.. try to take a long route.. like go 4 miles from your house appudu automatic ga.. you'll run back 4 miles.. i do long runs only on sundays.. rest of the day the max i run is 6.5 miles. long runs are usually > 10 befre last week did 13.2 and i was planning to do 15 this weekend but unfortunately injury.. if i get cures will try in 2 weeks from now. Strengthen your knees, either by biking, weights or swimming these are the only options. my normal speed was 10 min/mile.. last week.. i did 10k in 9.10/mile.. so probably the reason for injury..
