Pakistanâs foreign minister Hina Rabbani Kharâs love life is turning out to be as unstable as her country. The latest cougar on the block is reported to have found love in the arms of Bilawal Bhutto, the the 24-year-old son of President Asif Ali Zardari and the late Benazir Bhutto â only after discovering that her husband, millionaire businessman Feroze Gujral was having an affair with one of his staffers. It has been written that she was so heartbroken over the betrayal, she is alleged to have attempted suicide overdosing on sleeping pills!. Then, Bilawal happened â the Presidentâs son and 11 years her junior. Daddy is furious because he apparently walked in on the couple, and yes, his pressure on Hina to call the ârelationship offâ is not really working. In fact, she is said to have told Zardari firmly to âmind his own businessâ. Ouch! Surprising? That in Pakistan, a woman has been able to tell the President to, well, stay off? Hina Rabbani Khar can, because the lady comes from a family of âthugsâ. Her uncle Ghulam Mustafa Khar, a former Governor of Punjab, has a book dedicated to all the âatrocitiesâ he committed. His ex-wife Tehmina Durrani even wrote the best-seller My Feudal Lord, which tells the story of how Mustafa Khar physically tortured his wife of 14 years and how he had affairs with everyone, including the authorâs then teenage sister. Mustafaâs son Bilal turned out to be worse. He disfigured his wife Fakhra Younus for life with acid and she, unable to come to terms with the attack, jumped off a building in Rome where she was undergoing treatment. Bilal was never prosecuted. Hina doesnât have her familyâs cruel streak and whatever sheâs made of, President Zardari hasnât been able to break it. It is claimed, she didnât even take her husbandâs name after marriage and that in Pakistan, IS an achievement. keka ..
