I have mixed experience with this and I don't have the right answer. In case 1, part-time client asked me to do part-time work and they were well aware that I was taking up another FT opportunity. It worked out very well for almost an year. Second case, vendor (desi) messed it up and informed client that I was part-time in another project even though I communicated to him that I am already work FT for another client and wanted him to communicate the same to the client. PT client manager (desi) was just furious when I told him that I am working FT on another project. This project didn't last long as it started on a bad note and client manager was deliberately giving me hard time. In both cases, there was 0 overlap in my working hours. thanks for sharing bhayya.. We had thios discussion before where Mav was asking for the billing rates and lot of dbers here said they did second jobs at some point. So I am wondering if they can share some info on this. ------------- This is for those .. ------------- When you applied for a second job... did you disclose the current job? If not then how do you manage any meetings if they are scheduled at the same time? Do they request anytime to travel to their site? I did it through a friend. Their project was late o deadline, lawsuits against vendor/implementer ki velle situation unte I entered into the project and worked my az$$ off for 2months. Implementer was a desi company. None had knowledge about the product. Freshers, vere domain, bench janalani nimpesi project cheddam anukunnadu. It didnt work out. 95% work was pending with 1month before go live. | ||
