Here is the problem.
Till 1990 we used to have 5 acres of land in our village. In 1991 my father purchased 1 acre land which is adjusant to our land.
As my parents are not educated,they never registered that land. In rural villages thats how it goes.(Land will be on one's name and someone will be in that land).
last year,we wanted to register our land and came to know that, that 1 acre land is a assigned land (assigned by AP govt for land less poor).
What we have is,a proof of money receipt from seller saying that he had sold that land to us.
Is there anyway or procedure to regularize assigned land.
