putrajaya venture ikkadey vesaaaru srimitra vaaaaaru ... i lost a lot of my hard earned savings by investing there ... but the area wil soon become another kompally is my guess of courese if that water pollution issue is resolved .. from here vijayawada is 3 hours because of the 4 lane highway now .. time to reach gachibowli from here is 40 min ... so there is a possibility for new ventures ( villas ) to mushroom here in 40-50L range .. and IT folks may prefer this to spending 2 crores in villas in and around gachibowli .. but this is just a possibilty .. my advice: if no water pollution and you have ability to fight kabja, then it makes sense to buy adjacent or very near to highway .. | ||

may be its because, u just drove around & didnt enquire with in the village. area lo water antha is polluted due to dying industry & all the chemicals used in this industry have sinked into the water table & even if u have bores, all u get is polluted water not fit for use forget about drinking not even for house chores, thats the feedback i got from those who live there | ||

last year naaki yevvaro oka aayana akkada venture esina aayana offer ichaaru per sq yd - 450 rs, bigger lots like 450& 600 sq yards after enquiry found out that, this area is going to be fastly developing but the disturbing thing is, the water table is fully polluted via the dying industry present in bhudan pochampally, which made me to not think about it any more & also the locals are migrating from this place due to the water problem | ||
