how did u get down payment ane question untundhi. usual down payment 20% more the down payment better, u can go for 0 down payment with second loan for down payment but u will have to pay insurance on it called pmi. and interest rate will be high, hard to get these kinda loans. u have to have 2 or 3 years tax returns, ur spouses tax returns, u have to be able to explain them ur pay and ur expenses u saving a month this much thats u got down payment annatlu.that has to reflect in ur bank statements. bank statements lo nuvvu evari ki anan friend kichhina loans , valla repayments reflect ayithe even more grillign from under writer. what si this moeny where is this money why this moeny la. so keep ur bank statement clean less hazzle. | ||

every credit card company check our credit history every so often and see potential good customers and send them pre approvals. and they put expiration date on it. if u apply b4 expiration date they already have ur report in the system . so they dont need to request ur report again . so no hard enquiry. they put expiration date endhukante they think for about 2 months even u screw up it wont be that much that change their decision anyways so they dont check ur report. fiorst time vallaki vallu chesindhi done with out ur permision kabatti no enquiry on ur reoport | ||
