Husband H1,wife H4. Got EAD in March 2012.

Can wife use EAD to work for couple of months on 1099? what will her status be after using EAD..H4 or EAD..asalu H4 meeda EAD vadatam ante ela set avutundi? Husband will continue to be on H1

no more H4. she will be on EAD from then on.

not a good idea, once ead continue ead or reapply h4 and get stamped and all taht stuff

not sure if once on ead, dependends needs to continue renewing ead until status changed?

this is a 1-2 month short oppurtunity..no plans on using EAD for long temr..adi scenario..so she will get back to H4

Both wife and husband afiles their 485 independently..so wife moving to ead will not effect status of Husband. wife can work on ead by abandoning her h4 status but husband can keep continuing his H1 status

Yes she can work on EAD, her status will be EAD , no more dependency on H1 while
Husband on H1 still continue working on H1.
