Bro below link shows you do not have to pay fees if you file I-485 before July 30 2007. But i did not find a single case who said they did not pay the fee.. Thanks, BMW. I heard some rules regarding fees have changed for applicants who filed their 485 after some date in 2009. It seems they don't need to pay any fees. Yes you can efile and pay online. First create a user name and id and then efile. I still have some time (6+ months) before my EAD expires and would like to understand the renewal process. How many months before expiry date can I apply for renewal?
