Thanks brother.we have three acres land. nihar maayya i dont know details of your plot.... but generally it goes this way in given area we leave 10% openplace.... and then in remaining 90% we lay plots for development for every plot there must be road approach... road width must be 40ft in urban,33ft in rural dide in general regarding no of plots you can make out of your site...it depends on size of plot... generally 3-4 cents plot is good for house construction... 1 acre=100cents 1 cent=48.40sq yard/chadarapu gajalu 1 cent=435.6sq sqft ,sqft/9=sq yard next open space must have road approach....if provided in center of site on every side road must be present...so better at corner of site next according to your plot size divide site and road b/w plots...then your lay out will be ready.... the layout must be approved by DTCP if you have no knowledge better taking opinion from consultancy or approach a civil engg in near by r&b office and take the engineers advise ,better avoiding irrigation engineers... even you can may lay out if you understand the steps told by me....  reaming is your creativity and simple geometric knowledge... hope made every thing clear to you... there are many young civil engineers in db who may help you....bye  jai-hind.... | ||

maa oollo naku 3 acres land undi.ippudu vyavasayam cheyadam maa valla kavadam ledu. maa land ooriki daggaraga untadi. ploting cheste enni plots vastayi, etcc details kaavali. It could be a good exercise for budding civil engineers. | ||
