It's no about who is responsible for this mess bro...It's about how long this rally would last ? Let's see: QE1 FAILED. QE2 FAILED. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting different results". Albert Einstein. Last year, someone said it like this: Say you have $3000US in the bank. Immediately after devaluing, that amount multiplies by the new dollar value. Which means, your $1000 is now inflated to a higher amount...yet, your mortgage note remains at the same dollar amount, without adjusting, so you actually have more money to play with. Does my paycheck then inflate to the greater amount, also? Is this accurate? Since I have no disposable income or savings, playing any market-based windfall theory does not apply to me. I just need to know what the crystal ball is showing.. | ||

This is the real problem/concern now....US ki inflation pedda problem kadu.....But other countries ki baga effect vuntundi especially countries like India/China currency value thakkuva vundatam valla Inflation increase avutundi...But as you said salaries will increase proportionally to the inflation rate....Low class workers will suffer because of this problem as they can't afford the prices anymore......This is the path to self destruction....Feds should just stop keep pumping and pumping more money into economy...They have done this before and it never worked...Everyone knows that and then why are they doing this time again ? Just to keep the Titanic afloat ????? Why can't the govt invest in Research and innovation ? aa trillion dollars printing chese kante they can invest in Green energy, etc.... | ||

simple Macro Economics in Layman terms: Fed -> keep interest Rates Low -> people borrow more money from banks -> food and Gas prices will go up Inflation problem vasthundhi.... people daggara money ekkuva ga vuntundhi.... Fed will Jump in to solve the Inflation Problem... Fed -> Interest Rates hike -> people try to retun money to the banks -> Inflation problem ni control avuthundhi.... I'm going to stock up the canned food for the next 2 years and who knows world war might kick off once QE3 stops working and stocks dive down. All the people who are stuck with their mortgages should plan on selling on their house in the next 2 years else you would end up paying massive debt after that because economy is going to collapse eventually leading to world war -3 and you would probably lose your job.
