have a weekly goals and try to meet them.

[a] Have more veggies in semi cooked form
[b] Reduce juices & take fruit instead
[c] Avoid sal & sodium contents
[d] Take nuts in purest form - avoid salted
[e] eat in regular intervals
[f] have siffcient sleep atleast 6-8 hours a day
[g] drink more water
[h] avoid soda, beer etc
