@king u got to remember that he is a professional i did not follow his food options chicken - yes...fish - salmon or other fatty fish...naa konaseema toungue kee tilapia nadavadhu...added ground turkey curry ate desi veg curries at home...typically cooked with 2-3 teaspoons mana curries lo unday spices, chintapandu etc...nothing beats their value i got a pot steamer from walmart and threw in asparagus when veg options were less almost 2-3 months did not eat out..no alcohol 100% commitment pedithay manchi result untaadhee Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |

This is my first and next goal . Inka summer ayipothavundhi kabatti..I want to go easy on running and start weights and did not know how to do it and thats when i saw you talking about KG routine which inspired me. dinner before 7 cheseyyali ani oka 2 weeks followed rao garu.. post dinner ki ice cream/chips/indian store nunchi kaju kathli techi thinatam valla unnecessary ga 2-3 lbs perigina.. now decided dinner will be moved back to 8.30.. inak evari maata vinanu! |

@king nenu inspiration eti comedy...six packer antay sitti v2 if you want to build core strength ...KG 12 might not be the one...it is directed by fat shedding ( high reps), body sculpting ( isolation) routines I would suggest doing a 5x5 or 5x3 2 day body split driven by compound movements along with some low reps additional routines...DB jimmer seinfield told me something similar at the beginning of this year but I am following it now anyways, try to stick to what you choose...KG 12 is not a totally bad option, you will results from week 2-3 as you loose body fat i will most probably do KG12 again next year just to see where I am coming to meal plan...8 per day is a bit too tedious to follow ..start something like 6 per day since i worked out in the AM this is how I managed breakfast 1 - preworkout at 5 "breakfast" 2 - post workout at 7 snack at 930-10 lunch 1 at 12 lunch 2 at 330 ( i actually split my lunch into 2 smaller portions as that reduces planning what to eat for an extra meal) low carb dinner at 630 small snack at 9 easy gaa 6-7 cover ayyayee gaa the key is to pick what you eat at what time lesser carbs as the sun sets Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
