If you are asking Extension then it can go Void, since at the time of applying your are inside usa and when you left usa, you gave away the I94 card which will showup in his system and it means, your application cannot be approved with a I94. so generally they issue without i94, its ur responsibility to get a new i94 when you fly-in back. vacation ledu emi ledu, extn appudu povadhu antaru, in case poyina, Amend cheyinchukuni vellu petetion,...
