My Spouce and Kid has EAD & AP,but no Visa. Yesterday they arrived in JFK and at first counter he checked all the documents and given I94 with H4 stamp until feb 2013,she has H4(I797) until Feb & AP until march end. My question how can they give with H4 as she doesn't have Visa. Eminaa problemaa? any way i am going to renew H1 & EAD this year end,but without visa H4 anii vundhi. |
