my son is going to be black belt in a month and half... black belt is nothing... all these versions of martial arts are like degrees... black belt is like a starter (takes about 3 years and 6000 dollars to get there). the real skills will be learnt after the kids get their black belt and they are called degree belts. and to get 1st degree black belt it will be another 3 years... there are over 10 degrees, so by the time you get to the final degree black belt the kid will be a man and the parents must have spent over 40K. I probably will stop my son after he gets his basic black belt | ||

if this was the actual question..then indialo it depends on the teacher/school.. if the teacher is good, u will not be gifted belt easily unless ur really worthy of it.. but valaki money funding ee kastam..so many times they will gift u belts (same as in US) to keep u motivated and interested..dedication tho real art kavali ani nerchukune valu takkuva kadha ekkadayina.. karate powerful/deadly art kaadu..in relative comparision to others such a kungfu etc..(naa abhiprayam tappu ayithe kshaminchandi).. mana chinapudu karate ante ultimate anatlu anukune valam.. kungfu is the deadliest martial art(east asian countries).. in our own country there is kalaripayattu..and if u excel in that art..u'll be taught varmakalai the ultimate and deadly martial art.. so kalaripayattu, varmakalai, kung fu experts tho ettkunte problem emo kaani.. karate black belt peddha peekudu galu kaadu ani na ahiprayam. if there are any karate experts in this db dayachesi nannu kummakandi.. naa uddesam danikunna hype worth kaadu ani..anthe kaani useless art ani kaadu..
