Opening port on router is easy. Is the modem your own or ISP supplied? Either way, many ISPs block port 80 but home users (unless you have business plan). Check with your ISP for any restrictions. My ISP (cablevison) blocks port 80 by default. When I upgraded to Boost plan, they gave me a static IP and opened ports 22, 23, 80. | ||

Instead, seat the kid(s) in nicely lit area like outdoors (that's the difficult part), get a tele lens, using at least 75mm+ zoom, focus on the kid with background totally blur and take the shot (keep ISO low and shutter speed high). @Naani, Powerline adapter works but still inferior to wired connection. Kindha Truelies cheppinattu, move the Cable Modem to 1st floor where you have a cable port. That is the easiest and best solution. @Jalsa, it's double the fun with twins. Capture the great moments if you can. | ||
