ok case clear ga cheptanu.. current at Prime Vendor A, H1B is expiring in dec, but that PV applied for extn in august. Reciept came. I94 also expires in dec. Now got another offer from different employerworking at different client. (employer->PV->CLIENT.) Can the new employer xfer H1B while h1b extn is in process at current employer?? if the current employer has known the situation, after 2 weeks notice and cancel the h1b extn? then?? pls advise what best can be done... xyz is working with a primevendor for client A....that PV appiled for extn, receipt kuda came... now xyz got another offer from consultant C->Pv-> client K. can consultant transfer xyz's h1b to his company??
