you are right. Parents Indian Citizens or GC holders avuthey...only PIO. But earlier, they used to give OCI to abcd kids, eventhough parents were Indians. Not any more
I missed that point, because both of my kids have OCI , my byaad

PIO card ki 15 years. OCI card is something like dual citizenship. Naku telisi rendtiloo edi vunnaa Police ki inform cheyalsina avasaram ledhu anukuntaa. Only Indian VISA vunte 6 months ki okasari inform cheyali. Please check that again.

PIO...only 6 months stay allowed in India. After that, you need police clearance or something like that.
OCI...no such thing



I think there is some age limit in case of PIO. If the person is under 14 years....6 months limit does not apply.
