Bharat needs more leaders like Modi at every level who can think big and constantly evolve for the situation without neglecting their basic roots. He remains an enigma even to serious political watchers, a personality with variety of shades appealing to many. He has now emerged in the consciousness of India as a strong visionary leader. Aspiring leaders from RSS School can enrich and strengthen themselves from his vision, methodology and politics. RSS, a socio-cultural organization driven by the goal to restore glory of Bharat with its hindu roots. They are patriotic with an exemplary track record of service to nation whenever the situation demanded. Their organizational network is perhaps unmatched among social organizations in India. It’s hardly a secret that the genesis of Bjp and its leadership lies in Rss. Many bjp leaders started their public careers from RSS or allied organizations like ABVP. RSS system trains cadre with grass root work on the basis of personal contacts, they typically don’t make any explicit efforts for publicity at grass roots. The most remarkable feature of RSS is its survival for eight and half decades without any noticeable dissention in the organization. Perhaps, the nature of its work, structure, impersonal approach and conscious choice to shun publicity at grass roots helped them maintain organizational cohesion for many decades.
