I like Jr and I enjoy his movies almost all the time. So idi consider chesi review sadavandi..end of foreword/disclaimer. Summary - weak story,forced dialogues,unnecessary(over) dramatization of otherwise normal scenes.irritating comedy and stale romance scenes and comical climax. Boyapati strength is violence.He should stick to what he is best at. He sucks at romance and comedy. If you want to make a movie were murdering is the main theme then take rajamouli's approach. Let the villain win at every step and bring the villain down at the very end. Najar does good job but the way boyapati ended his character at the end is comical.. not the type of ending you would want to see for a man who is down right cruel from beginning.. he is so cruel that he even kills newborns.. such a man should meet his end by death - ugly death at that. Instead he has change of heart and surprisingly all the villagers forgive him like he is just a petty thief.I mean the man ruins villagers lives in every sense but gets away without being punished.. no justice there.Suman reentry was not needed at all..Kota explaination would have sufficed. NTR - jr tried his best but he fought a losing battle from the beginning.. There was nothing for him even though he is the main character.. He tried to be romantic but romance scenes were so poorly conceived - he appeared out of place. Same goes with comedy as well.. comedy was so ancient..even NTR with his better acting skills couldn't do anything. His dialogues are over the top and out of context of each and every violent scene. Suggestion to NTR - Dont mix politics with movies.. one odd dialogue about politics is ok but every dialogue in the movie had political undercurrent.. It spoiled whatever little entertainment value the movie had. Heroines had not much to do. Karthika did well.She had good chemistry with NTR than Trisha.Karthika looked beautiful and makeup suited her well. She appeared tad taller than Jr.Trisha looked older. Rating - No rating.Boyapati bit more than he could chew. only plus - Jr looked superb in the maharaj song... graphics were good too. |
