most of the motels sucks...very few are maintained good. i always read tripadvisor reviews and book motel that has atleast 3.5* rating... | ||

aston ba , paina athanu cheppina dhantlo entha ignorance undho niku teluso teliyadho naku teliyadhu. ye angle lo 7 years ye law prakaram tax break istaro chepthe nenu oka 4 or 5 motels konukkontanu. entha chettu ki antha gali annatlu . if u go to a 20 room motel u always find somebody who cant speak english and rooms are bad. coz they cant afford to hire anybody . the only way they can get customers is offer cheap rooms. cheap rooms kavali but u want hilton service ante offer cheyyaleru kadha. | ||

Whitening of Motel Lobbies has been done already in the US Motel's Gujjus owned Motel's have a white receptionist only for 4 hours 10 - 2 pm(check in & check out time) remaining all 20 hours maintained by some one who can probably speak a few english words & does all the chores. Usually they all stay at the back of the reception counter with a false entrance to the back Gujjus entered Motel Industry back in late 30 & early 40's The prior motel owners didn't want their kids in the same business kids of these owners opted their parents business as it brings in more money than professionals like Doctors Once a motel is started they usually bring in some relative to work with them, after 5-6 years, they find another cheap hotel in some remote place & would buy it out for him 70% of Motels in US are owned by Indians 90% of those Indians are Gujjus 90% of those Gujjus have a last name Patel May be some time soon, instead of Motel, they may soon start to call motels as Potels or Matels | ||

Once upon a time, I tried to rent a motel room in Sandusky,OH while driving to PA ..The motel is owned by a Gujju who can't speak English and the room was infested with bugs with no cleaning and bunch of smoking sticks lying in the room. Had to vacate the room later though. | ||

Some random stranger gave a feedback about guju motels Trying to be politically correct here BUT. I hate to travel anymore. Every Motel is Middle Eastern Owned. Every one has been dirty, gaudy colors and smells like curry. The owners always seem nice enough if you can understand them but sheesh. I can't stand the smell and bright multicolors and the filth. I would like a modest clean soft colored room to crash in. No roaches, dirty carpet and stained bedding. The spring mattresses are awful and they have no clue how to make coffee. There is no soap or shampoo and the water faucets are usually in reverse nice trick to save on hot water. From what I understand they get a tax free ride for 7 to 10 years and they send all profits back to their home country. When the tax free time has expired they sign the business over to another relative and the tax free train continues on course. Very little money is ever returned into the business. That sucks for us travelers. So I would rather sleep in a tent that's made in America. |
