I recently went all out on a treadmill to see what is the max. I can do. I could run for 45 mins with 1 short walk break in between at speed ranging from 6 to 7 MPH.

Start slowly and keep on building distance and speed gradually...
I recently started core strengthening as this will help you fast and longer distance. I am some how not able to go farther than 7.5 - 8 miles in single run and that is the reason I started core exercises

Independence day ki teesukunna break baga debba kottindhi as I was injured during a friendly sprint run in the beach..nothing serous but Ligament tear and sprained ankle. Almost 1 month pattindhi to recover and in the mean time gained couple of pounds.
This week finished 25 miles and couple of strenght training.

I have to say about an incident which happened during our vacation. Memu oka six familes vellamu beack ki and during a friendly run..all males (andaram around 35)had a short race..aa race taruvatah we had to call 911 as two of them could not breath. Choodataniki lean gane vuntaru but as they dont exercise, they could not take it.

Bottom line...move your azzzzz and sweat it. vunta..bye bye itlu bongolo KING
