Aparna Sarovar looks great but once you move in, you start noticing the construction problems. There are a fair share of problems with the apartment complex. Maybe not as bad some of the other complexes in the city but still bad! I live in Aparna Sarovar. So this is my personal opinion Naaku nacchindi janaalaki nacchadu... Nagole venture means, I believe it is Bandlaguda Aranya ne. Quality standards gurunchi chepthe manake edupu vosthundi abbayi. 1. Kottaga kattina illu 100% finished, but inka handover kooda cheyyaledhu, roof leaking when heavy rains came few weeks back. All chemma on the wall and leaking like gudise where we may have to keep an bucket or pots to capture the water. - Applicable for Indu Fortune and Aranya 2. Walls are having chemma from internal leakages of pipes. Godalu malli pagalagotti vestunnaru complaints ichaaka. - Applicable for Indu Fortune and Aranya 3. Windows and their panels are pathetic, ekkada alignment anedhi undadu, lot of gaps between the window and the panels, easy for mosquitoes to come inside. - Applicable for Indu Fortune and Aranya 4. PVC panel type of material used for the windows. - Applicable for Aranya 5. Poor plan, with open stairs to roof top and covered by just some asbestos kind of plastic sheets, rain paidthe vorsham neellu vosthaayi intloki. Vaasthu ani cheppu lot of waste of space which could have been utilized properly. - Applicable for Aranya 6. These people the way they construct is they give subcontracting of each work to outside people and they do not monitor or control the quality, like for group of 10 homes contractor A would do the windows, and contractor B would do the tiles, and contractor C would do the walls and contractor D would do the painting etc.. and for other 10 homes some other contractors etc...so the quality standards are not the same when compared to unit to unit as well. As an owner of villas in both Indu Fortune Fields and Indu Aranya, and I would say with my personal experience, Indu Constructions is an hopeless company, they are there only to make profits, their constructions standards and quality is pathetic. I can give you several evidences of their poor quality of execution and handover. And their customer support team is the worst of worst, and not sure why that team is even there when they cannot help customers. I do not know about Aparna. | ||
