BC Scholarships ....I mean minorities/Poor FCs also ...but Really I know that YSR was not a genius but a warm hearted person whenever he saw a decent scheme he just grabbed/embraced it mostly though its not his IDEA ,he got CREDIT bcos he was making a RIGHT decision unlike CBN .
