i dont think ur VOIP phone is of any help then to send/receive SMSs ... SMSs are message boxes maintained by the mobile service provider ... u can at times send to the msg boxes using some portal services .. but i dont think u can receive any with out having a mobile phone then ... i have a Q for tech. savvy guys... I am taking a VOIP phone to India for my work/business. I usually communicate a lot with my folks using text messages; I send receive good # of text messages everyday.. with a VOIP phone is is possible for me to do that? what are my availble options..? please suggest... TIA! |
