Samantha who has been absent from film shootings for over two months due to ill-health is back. She has returned on to the sets. On Tuesday (August 14, 2012), she participated in the 'trial shoot' of Nandini Reddy's current film with Siddharth. Sources told us that Samantha looked very 'weak', so the director Nandini Reddy reportedly filmed a few shots to test whether there would be any mismatch of her physical appearance. Before she took off on health grounds, she shot for the film with hero Siddharth for major sequences. So the director wanted to compare her present appearance with the earlier look. This is what happened on the first day of her return. With Samantha back on sets now, producers are relieved now.
