btw, comcast adevrtise chesthadu 12 mbps d/l and 3 mbps up ani but you wont get those speeds..the best i got so far is around 9.3 mbps down and 2.1 up.

if Comcast is the only provider in your area and you are already an existing customer then chances of getting a good deal are none..experience ayyindhi naku already.. In our neighbourhood - verizon offers DSL , no fios and no other provider so comcast vadu absolutely no promotions or no upgrades...monopoly andi.
