Argue with only one (out of Adavi, Sasi, Kaleja etc..,) at a time to reduce BP

Looks like a case of sour grapes. An employee gets a bad CRR and hence ends up with a low variable pay. Headlines scream "Infosys takes away 80% of an employee's portfolio"
