builder construction ni outsource chesthe ... service tax kattali ... most of the well known builders like shobha, mantri almost all .. outsource construction ... they pay adv service tax .. they collect from the buyers vehemently ... and they claim exemptions afterwards ... citing only masonry outsourced .. interiors etc., done by their own team .. they dont refund that svc tax money to customers ... this will run in to few crores .. niluvu dopidi Wrong is wrong even if every one is doing it ..
