Eggwhites undevi monnati daaka, now idly, dosa etc. Fitness levels oka range lo increase ayyayi. Stamina perigindi mainly more than muscular body. if u really enjoy walking .. do 15 mins of brisk walking ... like 4-4.5 .. and then go to incline and walk slowly .. u will see more benefits over a period of time .. brisk walking is the BEST thing .. if u do regularly ... it makes ur legs very flexible and help running with out getting much leg pains ... yes, unless you want to continue with cardio. basically before you go on wieghts or other muscle impacting excercises, always start with cardio or warmup which elevates your heart rate. normal heart rate tho unappudu, chesthe, there is not enough oxygen supply to muscles. ofcourse, your heart rate increases after you start your weight sessions, but sometimes the damage can already been done. so it is advised to get warm(or elevated heart rate) before you get into serious excercises the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |
