although there is some truth to it, net effect due to this is very small. during a session you burn good calories, but thats not the only factor, your body should be burning calories even when you are at rest, and people with higher metabolism tend to burn more calories when they are at rest. that way you are always burning calories, and reducing fat reserves.

Nenu meat maanesa. Vegetarian ayipoya total ga, cos anything green you dont have to worry about calories. Annam, leafy vegetable dal and some curry everyday.

Eggwhites undevi monnati daaka, now idly, dosa etc.

Fitness levels oka range lo increase ayyayi. Stamina perigindi mainly more than muscular body.

Dont get tired at all these days after workout, tennis, cricket.

hmm absolute calculations kashtam bro. just cup of cooked rice lo entha carbs, untaayi, pulses lo entha untaayo ball park amounts untaayi.

if u really enjoy walking .. do 15 mins of brisk walking ... like 4-4.5 .. and then go to incline and walk slowly .. u will see more benefits over a period of time ..

brisk walking is the BEST thing .. if u do regularly ... it makes ur legs very flexible and help running with out getting much leg pains ...

Cardio cheste muscle cheyyalemu enduku ante energy undadu.. anduke nenu follow ayyedi..

1) one day 8 to 12 minutes cardio chesta.. around 150 to 200 calories burn avutundi ..
ippudu weights easy ga cheyyochu.. bench press, chest, shoulder , abs, legs chestanu..

2) next day extreem cardio chesta.. eee roju 6 to 9 miles per hr change chestu incline 2 mida ettukoni chesta... nearly 300 to 400 calories burn avuthai..

just biceps triceps with dumbels and string tho chesta.. done..

looseners/streches etc are basic cardio, that are needed to get your heart rate elevated.

intensive cardio is where you work extensively for longer intervals, but still at a good heart rate.

so, whether your session is entirely cardio, or wieghts.

always start with basic cardio (looseners or warmup) and go for extensive cardio or muscle building and end with stretching.

normal heart rate tho unappudu, chesthe, there is not enough oxygen supply to muscles. ofcourse, your heart rate increases after you start your weight sessions, but sometimes the damage can already been done. so it is advised to get warm(or elevated heart rate) before you get into serious excercises
