protien shakes work, but you need to add it with a lot of fiber intake, leka fothe constipation effects untaayi, do this if you think that your protien in take is not sufficient as per your goals. if you can supplement protien with food, avasaram ledhu.

isloation is for advanced stage or intermediate stage..

do compound movements

1. squats (front or back)
2. deadlifts (sumo or conventional)
3. bench press (barbell or dumbell)
4. pushups (weighted)
5. pull ups (weighted)
6. dips (weighted)
7. power clean and Jerk (This will imporve your strength levels overall)
8. Abs (super focus emi avasaram ledu)

ivi chesthu, progressive gaa weights increase chesthu vellu...it will take care of your whole body

you can go up to 2 gm per lb of body weight. antha kanna avasaram ledu..

minimum is 1gm per lb of body weight..

lets say u weight abt 180 lbs..and if u workout and want to maintain your body wieght and increase muscle mass go atleast 180 gm of protien per day..

you can go upto 360 gm of protien too if u want to go build more muscle... kaani nee workouts kooda antha intense ga undali.. lekapothe waste.

chala mandi 1gm per lb of body weight ante kooda chalaaaaaaaa ekkuva ani fel avutharu..ade problem..

protein shakes are for people who cant meet thier daily protein needs. kaani its always better to get protein from whole foods. chew ur food than drink...

are they safe? no one knows.. it all depends..protein shakes lo artificial sweetners untayi, chemicals... better get all natural protein powders if you are not able to afford organic. Tureprotien.com, protienfactory.com lo natural protein powders untayi..

95% of protien manufacturing companies out there use chemicals, artificial colors and sweetners in them..

4 days recovery is too much unless you do power lifting..maximum is 2 days if ur doing hypertrophy training. ayina neku pain lekunda 4 days enduku? pain unna kooda that is called DOMS..just stretch your muscles after work out..
