Abs (super focus emi avasaram ledu) ivi chesthu, progressive gaa weights increase chesthu vellu...it will take care of your whole body

Papayya, protein shakes are just supplements..do u need them abosutely???? no.. ocassionally? yes.. protein shakes are for people who cant meet thier daily protein needs. kaani its always better to get protein from whole foods. chew ur food than drink... are they safe? no one knows.. it all depends..protein shakes lo artificial sweetners untayi, chemicals... better get all natural protein powders if you are not able to afford organic. Tureprotien.com, protienfactory.com lo natural protein powders untayi.. 95% of protien manufacturing companies out there use chemicals, artificial colors and sweetners in them.. 4 days recovery is too much unless you do power lifting..maximum is 2 days if ur doing hypertrophy training. ayina neku pain lekunda 4 days enduku? pain unna kooda that is called DOMS..just stretch your muscles after work out.. |

If you are trying to build muscle it's hard to get your daily quota (body weightxxx lbs) xxx grams of protein.
