9th na e-mail vachindhi kabatti meeku from tomorrow anytime mail raavali....so my suggestion would be wait for 3-4 days and call them..  No one can make you feel inferior without your permission, remember they are no better | ||

Thanks Jodha gaaru.. I got e-mail on 9th June..on 10th , I went to old address postal office and asked them to put a hold on my mails for 15 days..and when I went to collect mails on 14th, they were saying its possible the mail gets forwarded automatically...I am confused abt this " automatic forward"...now, I am in dilemma whether to call USCIS immediately or wait 1 more week to see if mail gets forwarded to new address... anyway..thanks for your response... | ||

Krishna, In our case meeru cheppina 2 scenarios face ayyam..First coming to Mail forward from old address to New address..Generally people say USCIS ki related vi forward avvavu ani chebuthaaru..most of the times its true..kani ma case lo emi ayyendhi antey even though we didnt update the address with USCIS but we did mail forward request from old address to new address, Primary holder dhi automatic ga USCIS records lo update ayye FP appointment direct ga new address ki vachindhi.. But Primary ki dependent dhi maatram vallu old address ki notice pampaaru for FP kani mail forward cheyyaru kabatti back to USCIS vellindhi.So what we did is called USCIS & explanied the situation...so they asked to me take an appointment at the local USCIS branch & get the Duplicate FP notice.. Ikkada me case RFE kabatti naaku correct ga ela work avuthundho idea ledhu..but meeru already notice old address ki vellindhi ani chebuthunnaru kabatti adhi definet ga back velli vuntadhi..So the best option would be call the customer service & find out the best option for u...I am very positive that u can get ur RFE from the local office..Good luck.. Hi, I have moved to new place and forgot to change address with USCIS.I did mail forward request at post office and my mails of old address are getting forwarded to new address. Now, a RFE for my 485 is sent to my old address.. Will it get forwarded to new address? If its not forwarded to new address and sent back to USCIS, Can I request them to send it to my new address?what are my options? Thanks in advance. |
