Sad news from PROTEIN! Can we outsiders do business here in Bangalore? Day before yesterday 10 to 12 rowdies were sent by Feroze from Feroze Fish stall to ransack our shop and physically torture my manager and me with knifes and guns and we were then kidnapped in front of everyone to chananapatna for killing us. Fortunately my wife lodged a FIR with HSR Layout police station and they decided to return us back with death threat. Their only motive was to stop our business. Ayan ( my manager ) was asked to leave for Kolkata and I was asked to close shop and sell away everything to them. While we were taken to Channapatna were were continuously beaten and Ayan body was used as Cigarette ash tray - they put off their cburning cigarette one by one in his body. Thye put their finger in his eye to gauge it out. They kept on punching my face and slashed off my left thumb. After that they took us to Feroze's godwon and beat up Ayan with a iron spade and a rod. They kept on asking how come we could come from Kolkata and take away their customers? After that I was left to go with a death warning if I dont shut down my business and kept Ayan to continuously beat him up and they decided to cut his legs. However thanks to Sub Inspector Mirza Ali Raza of HSR layout police station with his intervention they nabbed Feroze. But Feroze got his bail with 6 cases by next day. This is how they fight competition in business. Feroze was arrested with six case and with their contacts they got him bailed out in a days time too. All his brothers and rowdie friend are still at large. Cops are searching still. I am posting few photographs in http://www.facebook.com/PROTEINBANGALORE - excuse us for posting pictures which are quite graphical - but they story needed to be told. Viewers discretion solicitated. After this if you still find it alluring to buy our blood stained fish from Feroze - you are more than welcome. - but then... I am just hoping? Are we outsiders(so called by them) safe to do business here in Bangalore? indian police stations, laws and courts .. need to be put in jail and apply 3rd degree for an year .. so they change ... 2get and 2give may create problems, not 4get and 4give ... so double it up |
