Chicago Toughest gun laws = Highest murder and rape in the Country and the way Chicago keeps it's violent crime down is they don't call it rape they glorify it with words such as sexual assault this they report to the FBI and it doesn't get counted as a violent crime. your google is as good as mine | ||
