job means, cntracting job or h1-holding company job. contractor job aithe, search another job and file(amendment) with revised lca to your existing h1b(under process). usually desi employers know all these processes..well if ho holding company lo job loose authe, generally they inform you in advance and withdraw the applications etc etc its upto them...
