I will give it to this, partially .. before last year naaku cholesterol levels oka range lo undevi US lo unnappudu .. last year India vachaaka oka 2-3 months taravata cholesterol reading was perfectly normal .. like u .. i did not do any workouts .. food normal veggie Indian food .. stress actually ekkuve undedi (due to my visa thing) .. still amazing results .. I am no doctor .. so there is no authenticity to what i talk here .. kaani I think they do .. but check with ur doctor .. now abnormal results... ultrasound - Fatty Liver Grade 1. I was scared to see that impression on ultrasound report. Does anyone know anything about that? Do I have to really worry about that? one more abnormal was ESR - it was around 36 mm/hr (02- 15 mm/hr) for the last four days I have been taking antibiotics for throat infection. Does antibiotics have any effect on liver report and ESR? | ||

Just now i got reports of my master health checkup (in india) and was shocked seeing cholesterol levels. Total Cholestrol: 186 (140-250 mg/dl) Triglycerides: 150 (25-160) HDL: 41 (30 - 65) LDL: 115 (80 - 185) VLDL: 30 (05 - 40) for the last 6yrs every year i get my blood work done in usa. and every time total cholestral and LDL was on border level. But triglycerides used to be like 400 and HDL was around 28. surprised to see triglycerides at 150 and HDL at 41 with zero exercise. I was just eating, sleeping, watching tv the last 3 months in india. I am trying to analyze why my cholestrol level are not that bad compared when im in india compared to levels in USA. In usa I will have more stress, eat pizzas, chinese food and other junk food and no exercise. Where as in india i eat more food but indian food, sweets and no stress, no exercise. Do these factors have effect on cholestrol levels? Also, i took Himalaya Abana tablets for the last 1month and if this drug is the only reason for bringing my cholestrol levels then this drug is amazing. So finally either of these might be true in my case... 1. Less stress and indian food might decrease cholestrol levels compared to high stress and american junk food? 2. Abana tablets might have done wonderful job? |
