Suseendran ani, katthi director. He made 2 lovely movies Vennila Kabaddi Kuthu and Naan Mahaan Alla. The former was remade into Bhimli Kabaddi Jattu. He captures these rural vignettes wonderfully. In the same bracket as Sasikumar, Ameer, etc. Vellandariki Raja oka devudu. They have constant references in their movies to old Raja songs. | ||

Even when people say that Raja is on the decline, he remains by far the best BGM composer in India. Asalu kinda clip from the movie Azhagarsamiyin Kudhirai lo score enti sami. Almost as godly as his greatest BGMs from say a Aan Paavam, Uthiri Pookal, Raja Parvai, Geethanjali, Sagara Sangamam etc. |
