I think rajamouli is a good director ..no doubt about it...but I dont think eega as movie is good...rajamouli is a good diro...thats a universal truth...that doesnt mean that...eega is great....eega is ok...not a bad movie. | ||

Movie is for entertainment. No one want to improve their IQ by watching movies it is people's choice whether toi watch or not. Satyajit ray may be great, i can say he made bullshit to explore indian poverty that my take on it. can he make picture like KRR annamayya ? Every director has their own skills to entertain. This sums up all. We go to the movies for entertainment. Same with Jurassic park, which is a silly concept but thrills. RM is not in the same league as the best of hollywood at all. BUT, he is definetly the best director we have had in last 10 yrs or so. We have to give it to him. I admire his shot making and action scenes. What The ••••! You are regarding Rajamouli among one of the all-time greats in the history of film. This is the dumbest thing I've read in a long while. What did he really do to earn that place? Most of his films are mindless, cheap, vulgar & senseless. Even 'EEGA' is a senseless dud. Its a good entertainer but a no-brainer. 0-iq stuff. Nothing in that film makes any sense. Why would some need to be born as a house-fly to take revenge? You cant kill a housefly really? If someone hails this movie as a great film they simply know nothing about film. Go study a little bit about film before you come with stupid stuff like this. Hitchcock, Scorsese, Kubrick, Bergman, Bresson, Ford, Tarantino, Coppola, Leone, Satyajit Ray, Kurosawa, Malick & Chris. Nolan. These guys are one of the greatest film-makers in the history of film & not mediocre directors like 'Rajamouli'. If we leave you like this you'll say 'Eega' is to Indian cinema what 'Avatar' is to the world....
